Imphal, January 27, 2011: KCP (MC) Military Affairs secretary, today while reacting to the nabbing of some members of the party by IGAR(S) said that the claim was nothing but a hoodwink to the people.

They treated the statement as propaganda of lowest standard.

By nabbing brothers of a person who is working for the party and their relatives, the AR has created panic among the masses.

Based on such propaganda, security forces are conducting civic action programmes for the civil populace and people are lauding them for the programme in the trick of the security forces who think nothing for the people, the statement alleged.

Khumanthem Gandhi (45) son of Kh Samu and Kh Ingo (31) son of Ngoubi of Nongren Mayai Leikai are not related with the party in any way.

They were arrested by 23 Assam Rifles led by major Bodani along with a Meetei man as zoro.

They party never used untrained persons in the operation against "occupational force".

Security forces are using some local people who think for their own benefits only without considering for the people.

Past history of the Indian Army has proved it.

Zoros should remember that their last journey is to the Army gunny-bag.

They would be better to realize now, tomorrow will be very late, the statement said.

The statement further said that the party is making this clarification as the propaganda will happen to be piercing from the back when operation "Clear Cut" of the party ids going on.

The statement also clarified that it has no link with the incident of abduction of an auto-driver, Potshangbam Sanajaoba which was appeared in some dailies on January 26 edition and asked why should the party abduct such a driver who is earning daily livelihood.

The party never indulged in such act of taking ransom and will not do so in the future too.

Party members abide by the three principles of the party, "Meeyamgidam, Leibakgi and Comradeship".

So far as KFL is concerned, they will not indulge in the acts which will defame the revolutionary struggle.

So, the party supports people's decision taken at the right way, the statement went on to say.
