MCS officers has been effected.

Robert Singh Kshtrimayum, IAS, SDO/Keirao Bitra and Y Iboyaima Singh, MCS, ADC/Jiribam have been posted as i/c ADC Moreh (in his grade pay) & STO, Moreh in addition and Addl.

Ningam Chamroy, MCS, ADC, Ukhrul & i/c PD/DRDA (Ukhrul) would take over the charges of Sr A.O (Medical).
