Imphal, July 17 2022: A 33 year old man died in a road accident at Leimaram Lamkhai as the vehicle (Honda Activa) he was riding collided with an auto rickshaw this evening at around 4 .

The deceased has been identified as Seiram Inao Singh (33) of Nambol Senapati Sabal.

Reportedly, three occupants of the auto rickshaw also sustained minor injuries.

Meanwhile, another man died instantly at Zoutang Village in Thanlon Sub Division as he slipped on a foothill while searching for cinnamon in the jungle there at around 8 pm today.

The deceased has been identified as S Lamchinthang (55) .

It is reported that the last rites of the deceased have been performed without taking up any legal procedure.
