Imphal, May 14 2024: The 27th Raising Day celebration of Meitei Huyen Langlon Sintam Sanglen, UFO Naharup Pangong Makhong Branch was observed today.

The event which was sponsored by Universal Friendship Organization (UFO) kicked off with the ceremonial hoisting of flag, bearing the emblematic figure of Ibudhou Pakhangba by P Premananda, secretary, Manipur BJP, said a statement issued by T Wanglen Meitei, publicity secretary, UFO.

The Meitei Huyen Langlon Sintam Sanglen, UFO Naharup Pangong Makhong Branch reportedly falls under the jurisdiction of UFO Imphal East Zone 2 Bamon Kampu Battalion.

The event was attended by P Premananda as the chief guest; Th Sanjit Singh, chairperson, Naharup GP as the functional president and Ksh Nuja Leima, women activist, as me guest of honour.
