Reception cum blessing ceremony held

Thoubal, February 02 2025: A reception ceremony of Dr Joy Singh Oinam, chairman cum principal of Bright Foundation School who was recently awarded PhD degree, and a blessing ceremony of the school students who are appearing Class X examination to be conducted by CBSE was held today at its school premises.

As part of the programme, Dr Joy Singh Oinam who was recently awarded a PhD degree was felicitated with a gift and a traditional shawl by the teachers of the school.

Notably, Dr Joy Oinam was awarded a PhD degree by Maryland State University, USA for his visionary leadership and dedication in the field of Education.

The Doctorate degree was awarded to Dr Joy Oinam on January 5 during Indian Intellectual Conclave, 2025 held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi which was also attended by various delegates from across the globe.

At the event, students who achieved remarkable feats at various competitions were also felicitated by the school authority.

The Veer Gatha State winner, 2nd prize winner at North East Science Fair, 2024-25, cultural troupe of the school who bagged 1st prize at the Republic Day celebration held at Thoubal district were felicitated with special gifts.

Later principal, Dr Joy Oinam and school teachers blessed the students of the school who are appearing the Class X examination to succeed in the coming examination and to be a successful person in the future.
