Imphal, May 27 2024: A book titled "Nungsimanduna", a collection of 15 Manipuri Short Stories written by Asem Memcha was released yesterday in a function held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal.

The Book Release Function cum Poets Meet organised by Public Library Chabung Company Mayang Imphal was attended by Nongmaithem Kirankumar, president Manipur Literary Society Imphal; Zevista Senzeba, president Public Library Mayang Imphal; Laishram Birendra, advisor Public Library Mayang Imphal and Nabakumar Nongmeikapam, creative writer as presidium members.

At the event, Ningthoujam Sundari Devi, Assistant Professor, Kakching Khunou College gave a brief review and introduction of the book.

Later, a Poets Meet was held moderated by R K Gunachandra, founder president of Imakhol Awang Potshangbam.
