Bhalla chairs prep meet of Shirui Lily Fest

Imphal, May 08 2025: Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla chaired the 2nd organising committee meeting of Shirui Lily Festival, 2025 at the conference hall of Raj Bhavan today.

A press release from Raj Bhavan said that the meeting extensively covered key agendas to ensure seamless execution of the festival, addressing aspects such as budget allocation, event scheduling, security measures, transportation, crowd management, infrastructure development, accommodation arrangements, cultural programming, promotional strategies, and interdepartmental coordination.

Chief Secretary, DGP, Commissioners, Secretaries, Secretary to Governor, DCs & SPs of Ukhrul and Kamjong districts, representatives of the festival's organising committee attended the meeting, among others.

The Shirui Lily Festival is scheduled to take place from May 20 to 24, 2025 in Ukhrul district.
