DEO Senapati organises District Level Quiz Competition

Senapati, January 15 2022: The District Election Officer, Senapati on Saturday organised a District level quiz competition for students at Mt Everest College Auditorium, Senapati.

The Ballot Battle Quiz Competition on "Election and Electoral Process" was conducted as part of the SVEEP campaign.

Speaking to media persons, Nongthombam Suran, SDO/BDO, Willong and Nodal Officer (SVEEP), Senapati stated that the competition was held as part of SVEEP campaign under the supervision of DEO Senapati.

The competition was conducted with the aim to spread awareness on the election process especially to the youths.

It may be mentioned that SVEEP campaign has been carried out in different parts of the State to increase participation of people in electoral process and sensitize them on the do's and don'ts to ensure a free and fair election.

Moreover, Mt Everest Hr Sec School, Bethany Hr Sec School and Brook Dale Hr Sec School won the first, second and third positions respectively in the competition.
