AMSU, MSF and KSA today cautioned the people not to be caught in the "hidden agenda" of the state government to sink the ongoing agitations against the July 23 alleged fake encounter.
A joint statement of the three students' bodies said that they are still firm on their decision to indefinite class boycott since the dialogue between the state government and Apunba Lup is yet to come to the point for fulfilling the demands.
Although, government agreed with some demands, there are still many demands that are to be fulfilled by the state government in order to pacify the agitating public of the state.
Until and unless the state government does not act according to the demand of the public, the three student bodies will not withdraw the class boycott stir, the statement added.
The statement further warned any organizations or individuals not to interfere or stand in the way of the agitation staged by the people of the state.
Any harm or unwanted situation arise out of such unfortunate action will be their own responsible.
It has come to everyone's knowledge that the July 23 incident of Khwairamband Keithel is a fake encounter and the proof of the fake encounter is the series of photographs published in the Tehelka magazine.
But the state government is not taking up any appropriate action against the accused commando personnel.
Instead of solving the problem, the state government is trying to sink the agitation of the public by planning many secret plans, the statement added.
The statement further said that the public meeting organised by a student organisation (with the state government's instigation) onon November 2 at BOAT will not be able to deter the stand of the three student bodies.
If they want education to be a free zone why would they beat up Principal of GP Women's College, Karam Manimohon who succumbed into injuries in the hospital, it asked.
The statement reacted against the act of some student organisations to challenge the class boycott instead of communicating with the three student organisations at first.
The statement further asked appealed the guardians, teachers and intellectuals to think twice before taking up any actions.
It also warned the founders of the schools to act wisely in such bad situation of the state.
Otherwise they may face the fury of the public of the state.
The statement appealed the elders, guardians, teachers, students, organisations and individuals to extend their valuable cooperations in order to bring justice and solution of the problem facing by the people of the state.
