Imphal, February 01: The fourth death anniversary of Ima Kombi was observed along with paying befitting tributes to the departed woman leader during a function at GM Hall here today.

The function was organised under the aegis of Poirei Leimarol Meira Paibi Apunba Manipur (PLM-PAM).

Social worker Thounaojam Iboyaima and PLMPAM president L Memchoubi were chief guest and functional president of the occasion which was also attended by representatives of various women organisations.

Offering of floral tributes to the photograph of Ima Kombi and observing two minutes silence as mark of respect to the departed soul were the main highlights of the observance function.

All those who spoke at the occasion recalled the contribution made by Ima Kombi during her life time for the cause of Manipur.
