"Meeyamgi Numit & Hill Leaders Day" held across State

Bpr/Chd/Jbm/Kak/Kjm/Kpi/Non/Phz/Spi/Tpl/Tbl/Ukl, February 25 2023: District Administration Bishnupur observed "Meeyamgi Numit" at Panchayat Resource Centre, Mini Secretariat, Bishnupur district on Friday.

During the programme, Deputy Commissioner Bishnupur, Lourembam Bikram accompanied by SP Bishnupur, N Herojit Meitei; H Bobby Sharma, ADC Bishnupur; SDOs and DLOs heard the grievances of the public.

DLOs opened their stalls to cater to the various demands and grievances of the public.

CHANDEL
The "District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit" for the month of February, 2023 was held at Multipurpose Hall, Mini Secretariat, DC complex, Chandel.

At the event, ADC Chandel, Md Firoj Khan handed over various items to beneficiaries under various schemes of different departments.

Applications of issues related to developmental works and others were also received for further necessary actions.

JIRIBAM
District Administration Jiribam also organised Meeyamgi Numit at DC Office Complex in Chingdong Leikai, Jiribam.

During the programme, about 68 applications were received with grievances related to Medical, Social Welfare and RD & PR among others.

KAKCHING
District Administration Kakching yesterday organised "Meeyamgi Numit" at DC's Office Complex, Kakching.

27 line departments opened their stalls to deliver public services and address grievances during the day.

Altogether, 244 grievances/applications were received.

KAMJONG
"District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit" for Kamjong district was observed at Sadhavna Mandap in Kasom Khullen Sub-Divisional HQ.

DC Kamjong, Rangnamei Rang Peter; SP, P Manjit and other DLOs of the district attended the event, and heard various grievances of the public.

DLOs opened their mobile stalls to cater the various demands and grievances of the public.

Moreover, the DC, SP and SDO Kasom Khullen also held an interaction session with headmen and village chiefs of Kasom Khullen Sub-Division regarding the construction of Shangshak-Tengnoupal Road.

KANGPOKPI
District Administration Kangpokpi yesterday organised the 7th District Hill Leaders' Day and Meeyamgi Numit at T Waichong Government High School, Tujang Waichong Sub-Division, Kangpokpi District.

DC Kangpokpi, Kengoo Zuringla, inspected the stalls of various departments and instructed officials to give maximum benefits to the villagers.

During the programme, villagers were given benefits under different departments including income certificate, CMHT cards and sprayers.

NONEY
District Administration Noney organised District Hill Leaders Day & Meyamgi Numit at Multipurpose Hall, Longmai-3, Noney District HQ.

It was attended by DC Noney, Joseph Pauline Kamson; Nimai Ningthouja; Adai Dangmei, chairman Villages Council Longmai Area; DLOs, BLOs and village leaders of Longmai area.

About 25 stalls were opened by different Government departments at the event.

PHERZAWL
District Administration Pherzawl also conducted District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit at Sibapurikhal Government High School in Vangai Range Sub-Division.

DC Pherzawl, Haulianlal Guite; SP Pherzawl, A Ghaneshyam Sharma; I Dinesh Kumar Singh, SDO (Tipaimukh/Vangai) and other DLOs attended the event.

Altogether, 1614 services/benefits were delivered to beneficiaries.

SENAPATI
District Administration Senapati also organised District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit at Multi-Purpose Hall, Maram Centre.

DC Senapati, Mahesh Chaudhari; SDOs and DLOs of the district attended the event.

TENGNOUPAL
District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit was also held at the Office complex of DC Tengnoupal.

In the event, DC Tengnoupal, Ranjan Yumnam along with the SDOs and officers of different Departments inspected the stalls and assisted the public on how to avail the beneficiary schemes.

THOUBAL
District Administration Thoubal organised Meeyamgi Numit at the Counting Hall of DC's Office Complex.

DC Thoubal, A Subhash Singh along with SP Thoubal, Jogeshchandra Haobijam; ADM, BB Lokeshor Sharma; CMO Thoubal, Dr Y Nokul; SDOs and DLOs of different departments heard various grievances of the public.

About 21 stalls of different departments were opened and 186 applications related to various grievances were received during the event.

UKHRUL
District Administration Ukhrul also organised District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit at DRDA Hall, Mini-Secretariat, Ukhrul.

It was attended by DC Ukhrul, Krishna Kumar; Ningsem Vashum, SP Ukhrul; Amit Kaler, ACF; Chunglenmang, ADM; Suranjoy Maibam Singh, SDO Ukhrul; Rohini Kumar, AC to DC; and Mangminlen Vaiphei, SDO& ADM Jessami among others.

29 line departments of the district took part in the event to deliver public service.

55 grievances/ applications were received during the event.
