Imphal, July 17 2024: With the aim to defend the innocent people of Jiribam from the attacks of Kuki Narco Terrorists, the Universal Friendship Organisation (UFO) has opened a new Nongchup Pana Pankhei Tengol Lakpa Loishang at Jiribam District.

According to a release issued by T Wanglen Meitei, publicity secretary UFO, the opening ceremony held on July 15, 2024, was attended by RK Nobin, chairman, Administrative Committee, Dibong GP and K Khumanjao, president, Farwest Central Committee as presidium members.

UFO vice president RK Sanaparihal, secretary general Y Meiraba, finance secretary L Tairen, Mayai Loishag Tengol Lakpa commander S Sarat and members of Jiri Farwest Central Committee also attended the event.

Moreover, a team of UFO also extended monetary assistance to the displaced people staying in Jiri Higher Secondary School relief camp and the women folk camping in Champa Nagar, Patchao & Dibong.
