Final photo electoral roll published

With the successful conduct of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, 2026, the final photo electoral roll for the respective assembly constituencies for Bishnupur, Chandel, Churachandpur, Jiribam, Kamjong, Senapati, Tengnoupal and Thoubal districts have been published today by the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) concerned.
It may be mentioned that the qualifying date for the recently completed SIR has been set as July 1, 2026.The DC/District Election Officers (DEO) of the aforementioned districts have issued notifications regarding the publication of the final electoral roll.
The copies of the final electoral roll are available for inspection and download on website of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manipur at https://ceomanipur.nic.in/.
The final electoral roll is prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and copies are available for inspection at the offices of the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO) and Booth Level Officer (BLO) concerned during office hours.
For any form of claims or objections, electors reserve the right to file an appeal against any decision of the ERO to the District Magistrate under Section 24(a) of the Registration of the People Act, 1950 while a second appeal under Section 24(b) against the decision of the first Appellate Authority may be filed before the CEO, Manipur in the manner prescribed under Rule 27 of the Registration of Electoral Rules, 1960 .
Bishnupur
The final photo electoral roll for all six assembly constituencies of Bishnupur district namely 24-Nambol, 25-Oinam, 26-Bishenpur, 27-Moirang, 28-Thanga and 29-Kumbi have been published today.
A press note by the DC/District Election Officer (DEO) Bishnupur informed that the total number of electors in the draft electoral roll is 1,81,775 while the total verified as eligible electors is 1,81,173 and the total verified as ineligible electors is 593.The total electors who could not be verified due to shifting to other assembly constituencies/State is 9 and the total percentage of electors verification stands at 99.995 percent.
Chandel
For 41-Chandel Assembly Constituency, as per the final photo electoral roll, the total electors is 39161 wherein 18864 are male and 20297 are female.
Churachandpur
The final electoral roll for the 4 Assembly Constituencies of Churachandpur district namely 57-Henglep (ST) AC, 58-Churachandpur (ST) AC, 59-Saikot (ST) AC and 60-Singhat (ST) AC have been published today.
Jiribam
The total electors for 40-Jiribam Assembly Constituency stands at 28,337 comprising 14,428 male, 13, 908 female and 1 third gender electors.
Kamjong
With the conduct of SIR 2026 and completion of disposal of claims and objectives, the final electoral roll for 43-Phungyar (ST) AC in Kamjong district has been published today.
Senapati
With the publication of final electoral roll for the 3 Assembly Constituencies of Senapati district viz 47-Karong (ST) AC, 48-Mao (ST) AC and 49-Tadubi (ST) AC, a total of 2667 electors have been included and a total of 7451 electors have been deleted.
Accordingly, the total electors stand at 137624 wherein 69032 are male, 68595 are female and 1 third gender.
Tengnoupal
After the final publication, the total electors for 42-Tengnoupal (ST) Assembly Constituency is 40060 comprising 19656 male, 20402 female and 2 third gender electors.
