Non-local nabbed for capturing photos of local women

Kakching, July 16 2014:
One non-local was nabbed on Tuesday at around 4:30 pm by the locals of Pallel while he was capturing the portion of chest, buttock of the local women vendors and also the women roaming in the Pallel area in his mobile phone and he was handed over to Kakching Police station.
The non-local was identified as Jakir Huisen (32), son of A Rukh of Aarli Gal village, Karim Ganj, Assam and according to his identity, he is working as labour at 26 Sector AR.
It said that this non-local has been seen capturing of photos of the people roaming in the area in his micromax mobile phone since the last 2/3 days and on Tuesday, he started capturing the photos of young women vendors.
After this, he was nabbed by the women and checked the photos he had captured his mobile phone and found in his mobile the captured images of local women's selective body parts such as chest and buttocks etc.
He was then beaten by the women there.
On receiving the information of the incident, Pallel Police have nabbed the man and handed over to Kakching police station.
Commenting on the incident, the secretary of the Pallel Keithel Marup Nungshi Devi told that concerted effort of the women is the need of the hour to check such activity of the non-local who encroaches into the privacy of the local women vendors.
She attracted the attention of the Govt.of Manipur for safeguarding women of the State.
Nungshi also appealed for implementation Inner Line Permit in Manipur so as to avoid such incident in the area.
