Imphal, June 25 2022: With three residents of Noney district confirmed positive out of 55 samples tested for Covid-19 during the last 24 hours, the State logged a TPR of 5.5 per cent.

However, there is neither any report of Covid related death nor recovery or discharge of Covid-19 positive persons during the last 24 hours.

Nonetheless, the pandemic had already claimed 2120 lives in the State.

The cumulative number of positive cases in the State stands at 1,37,254 (general population 1,32,240 and Central security personnel 5,014) .

This figure includes 10 active cases from general population and 1,35,124 recovered cases (general population 1,30,117 and Central security personnel 5,007) .

The recovery rate is 98.45 per cent.

The cumulative number of Covid vaccine doses administered in the State has reached 29,51,833 (first dose 15,90,065, second dose 12,54,786 and precautionary dose 106,982) .

Till Friday, 61.96 per cent of the State's total eligible population has received the first dose of Covid vaccine while 53.04 per cent has been given both the first and second dose.
