Scholars' Day is a one day event aimed at fostering inter-disciplinary interactions among researchers from Manipur, pursuing their respective fields of study. Since its inception in 2009, this seminar series has been successful in bringing together researchers from various fields, enabling exchange of ideas, stimulating discourses and discussions, while nurturing a culture of academic continuity.

All those interested are requested to send an abstract of their discourse concerning an aspect of their current research (any field of study ranging from natural and social sciences, mathematics to humanities and languages). Apart from these presentations, the event will also include talks from our own prominent intellectuals. Although the event is in Delhi, we welcome abstracts from any university or independent body across the country. With unfailing enthusiasm and hard work, we hope that Scholars’ Day, 2012 will act as a catalyst to accelerate research.

Last date for submission of Abstract and Registration - 15th April 2012.

The registration fee for the event is Rs.100/- for students in Master and Rs.150/- for others. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
