It’s the time of summer vacations for the kids in Delhi, Summer vacations is the time when every parent and child look for opportunities to have fun, learning or experiences which may add beautiful memories which they can cherish throughout life. Looking at the growing need of such platform. Delhi Fashion club in association with THE VOY Voice of youth (Youtube) presented “Delhi Kids festival” at YMCA international hotel in Connaught place, New Delhi on 3rd June 2022.

Delhi Kids festival is an initiative to promote women empowerment, celebrate the bond of love between mother and child & also give wings to kids by providing them a platform to show their talent, this show had two sections namely Mom & Me walk and Kids walk!

The Judges/Jury includes National Beauty pageants winners, Model & Actor like Ruchika Kapur, Shilpa kathait, Priyadarshani Bhatia & Arvind Arora!

While Guest of honor who inaugurated the show includes Shri Jyoti kalash, Chief resident commissioner, Nagaland House, New Delhi, he also serves as additional chief secretary, Nagaland Govt & a Bollywood actor too, Other guest of honor name includes Shri Hibu Tamang, Joint commissioner of Police, Delhi Police who hails from Arunachal Pradesh, North east India. Both the officers enjoyed the show and also shown gratitude to the organizing team and chairman of delhi fashion club for creating a platform which promote women empowerment and kids talent promotion.

This show also includes ex-supermodel Ms. Rody golden from Manipur, North East India who walked the ramp after 18yrs in Delhi with her son, it was really a memorable moment for her and a beauty to watch. She represented North East India at this platform and had been a participant in Miss Kut beauty contest of Manipur in past, She belongs to Mizo community & hails from Churachandpur district of Manipur.

She also got published in Delhi times in past. Looking at this Mr. Hibu tamang shown gratitude to show organizing team for promoting North east India talent too. Show organizing team includes Mr. Harshit Dhingaun, show director who is the chairman of Delhi Fashion club and also a youtuber with channel THE VOY which have more than 10 Million views and about 200k Social media following, Mr. Thamin from Manipur done the show choreography, Omender singh and Prakash Sarki was style coordinator for the show, Lakme academy was the make up partner, DCOP as photography partner, Tatyam was design institute partner, Special photographers for the event includes Rishi, satya and naren.

Ms. Gazal arora was the official host of the evening, Miss Jenie Konyak from Nagaland was the event Manager for the show, Special guest include Mania kaur and Sushmita singh Gahlot, PR partner includes Bushra khan from Digital Naari. This show was supported by social truffle group and MIW foundation as NGO Partner.

Delhi Fashion club is an association appreciated by govt. of India & founded in 2015 working for “fashion for a cause” at that same time providing services in field of fashion, events & Production.

DFC is also planning to launch more such initiative which promotes women empowerment, textiles, handloom & young fashion entrepreneurs.
