He was greeted by hundreds of women with traditional dress from different communities introduced by Shri Premananda sharma, State General Secy. (org) and Shri M. Asnikumar Singh, State General Secy. (Administration), then he come on the stage, greet the publics and take the chaired. Then a warm welcome address was delivered by Shri M. Asnikumar Singh, State General Secretary (Adm) followed by presentation of a “ Ningkham Samji and Laison Phurit” (one of the traditional dress of Manipur) by Shri Th. Chaoba Singh, President, BJP, Manipur Pradesh and others presentation was offered by various communities belongs to the party. After that he addressed the public for about an hour and right after the conclusion of his speech he left venue for CRPF Group center Langjing, than he left by Chopper accompanying with Shri Th. Chaoba Singh, Shri Asnikumar Singh & Smt Sarda Devi of BJP Manipur Pradesh up to the Imphal Airport than he left Airport for Guwahati where he will hold another public rally.

Addressing in the public rally the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate, he said “I feel lucky to be in the north-east, I salute this soil, salute the people of this soil, I salute the culture of Manipur and Indian culture is not complete without Manipuri dance. Large number of boys and girls in the Indian Army from Manipur,
* Even vaastu-shastra says the north-eastern part of a house should be given maximum care, India will prosper only when the north-east will,
* Centre's policies not properly aligned for the development of the north-east, NDA government under AB Vajpayee worked for the progress of the north-east,
* Why is it that China is foremost in herbal medicine but we trail despite so much biodiversity,
* Nido Tania's death right in the national capital is a national shame, Nido's death a shameful and sad incident, I offer my prayers for the boy, I met students from the north-east in Delhi, assured them the nation is with you, I hope Centre and Delhi government stop blame game and do justice in Nido's death, North-east region has fallen in the hands of divisive forces, Insurgency, infiltration biggest problems of north-east region”.

He slam the central and state congress government by saying they give the land of Manipur, India as a free token to the neighbor country. Chief Minister of Manipur sign the boundary agreement with the Myanmar without taking it to the parliament conference nor took the public into confidence, they are anti-people and nation and play with the national security by giving away a huge land to neighboring country Myanmar in the name of international border fencing.

Govt. of Manipur spend more than Rs. 200 crore in the name of cleaning Loktak Lake but the lake was never cleaned instead with all those money the govt. are enjoying said Narendra Modi. They incashed the money only to fill up their lockers but when BJP come to power an account for every rupee will be maintain. He categorically emphasize the rich cultural heritage and the biodiversity of the State. And he particularly mention that the importance of the only Fresh water Lake in the entire NE region i.e. Loktak Lake and its rare species “Sangai” (Brow Antler Deer) which can be transform up to the level of world tourism without disturbing its ecosystem.

BJP will bring back all those black money keep outside the nation as everybody is aware whose money is off.

Manipur is a state that even a pregnant women are killed in a fake encounter by the state security forces under the governance of congress which can be change by the public by supporting the BJP. Asking the youth of the state that did they know there are six and a half lakhs unemployment youth who register their name with the exchange office and out of that only 100 got a govt. job, this is the governance of congress.

He said, Indian culture without the Manipuri culture is incomplete, in the Indian Sports also without the sportsman of Manipur is incomplete.

Lakhs of educated youths of Manipur are suffering for unemployment as a result they become frustrated and misguided. Manipur is very small but it becomes famous for corruption. And also he mention that Manipur is famous for drug trafficking and abused by the youth. This is the clear sign for an irresponsible Govt. in the State as well as in the State. He heartily mention that, sorry for this undesirable situation happen in this present Govt. in the State.

Today China is the largest exporter of herbal medicine even though India have lots of biodiversity and has the capability to export herbal medicine, Himalayan Range and North East region have the potential to produce huge quantity of herbal medicine, if herbal medicine industry is open in the northeast region unemployed youth no need to look for a job in other place said the visiting BJP prime ministerial candidate.

How long will you suffer in the hand of congress who could not even give you employment and who could not protect the liberty of a women in your own state and country, it is a high and right time to change the nation.

There is no tap water, electricity in Manipur and from the prime minister represent state (Assam) for the general public is a “coincidence of bad governance” particularly to the northeast state, India cannot be complete without NE region and the Indian culture is not complete without Manipur cultural dance.

Manipur is known as the power house of the sport for India, where the youth are educated and hardworking peoples’, why it can’t be made IT hub state of the region said Narendra Modi.

We all have lost more than 60 years in the hand of Congress but we gain nothing and ask the public to give him just seven months and see what can be done for Manipur and country, as to change the world it need only five years said Modi.

BJP are the one who form separate ministry for the NE region for the development of the region and 28 points of development packages and monitoring cell in the time of Atal Bihari Vajpayee claim Narendra Modi.

The BJP prime ministerial candidate also said that he personally request and ask to all the chief minister of NE region to send 200 each women police constable as a deputation to the Gujarat for two year where the Gujarat govt. will bare all the expenses of the salary along with their accommodation but none of the congress CM give positive response and said the offer is still open. This kind of policy will only built national integration and even it will help in the field of tourism.

If BJP comes to power at the central the first priority for Manipur will be the National highway 37 (former 53) Imphal-Silchar road and NH 2 Imphal-Dimapur road which is in a deplorable condition the only life line of the state within a few months. Which the present Congress Govt. both the center and the State could not complete the last 13 years.

BJP want you (Public) and wanted your support in bring change to the nation and lets together wipe out corruption from India said Modi.
