Crafting career choices amid COVID-19 crisis : E-Symposium

Department of Commerce of Rajiv Gandhi University (A Central University) Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh organized Two Day E-Symposium on ‘Crafting Career Choices Amid Covid19 Crisis’ from 17th to 18th August 2020 in collaboration with IQAC, RGUSU, Placement Cell, Career Counseling Cell, NSS CELL, Centre for Entrepeneurship, Training and Leadership Research Cell- CYLDS, and NET Caoching Centre.
This programme attempts to address and catered the need of youth with respect to their careers and employments. Prof. Otem Padung Head of the Department welcome the distinguished guest and participants. Techi Tasina RGUSU Academic Secretary also endorese the importance of the programme.
In the inauguration speech, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Saket Kushwaha emphasized ‘the need to rebuilt the confidence among the students, parents, and teachers’. Prof. Tomo Riba Registrar, Prof. Tasi Kaye- Incharge of Placement Cell, Prof. Oken Lego- Coordinator NET Coaching Centre, and Prof. Sumpum Tangjang- Dean of Students Welfare.
Dr. Shashank Yadav Joint Coordinator served as the master of ceremony for the day. The event was participated by hundred plus students, scholars, academician, youth and including 5 from overseas.
The event organizing secretary and coordinator Dr Vinod Kumar Yadav and Dr Ravi Ranjan Kumar also share their perspectives on the importance of this programme aad expressed the need to learn to live with new challenge that is in front of us.
