The Government headed by O.Ibobi assumed office at Imphal on a Friday, the 2nd March 2007 (Source : E-PAO) ruled by Ashlesha nakshatra, Shukla Paksha Chaturdashi, Garija Karan, Atiganda Yoga.

Natal Chart Of O. Ibobi Government

But unfortunately, I could not get the exact swearing-in time of CM O.Ibobi. In astrology, while predicting an event, time factor plays a major role but I could not get it, so it is very difficult to predict. Although I don’t have the time, with Ganesha’s grace, I am trying my best level to predict it.

In the chart of swearing-in ceremony held at the Raj Bhavan on 2nd March 2007, the planet Saturn is placed with Moon in the Leo sign, 6th from the planet Sun. It clearly shows that the Government headed by O.Ibobi will have a lot of tensions and misunderstandings.

From September 2007 to October 2009 and from April 2010 to July 2010, the planet Saturn is at Virgo sign conjuncting the natal Ketu in the 7th house from the planet Sun. It shows that O.Ibobi will face many troubles in his coalition government.

I will study the said period deeply. Within the said period, from June 2008 to October 2009, transiting Saturn is place opposite (180:00:00) to the three natal planets Sun, Rahu and Uranus. This period may augment the process of exit of the government.

CM may feel quite incapable of dealing with the distress that may come from a number of sources. First of all, his MLAs and Ministers may oppose CM’s plans in several areas.

CM might get tired as the burdens of problems get increase day by day. Even though CM and his colleagues have the best intention for the government, something seems to block him.

The government will be in a state of extreme tension because there are certain persons who try to obstruct the expression of O.Ibobi. The government might get end during this period because some MLAs and Ministers demand more than they worth.

They will make more demands than in the past. However, even the best government with absolute majority may have to be reshuffle/ restructure at this time.

My Lord Ganesha clearly and loudly says, "O.Ibobi, CM of Manipur, nothing will be gained by fighting it; instead you must learn to be with your enemies and try to negotiate with their demands". It will solve your problems. CM should become a flexible instead of rigid thoughts and positions. He should change his attitudes in solving the problems.

The planet Saturn (Sani) is in the house of relationship, opposite to the planet Sun and Rahu so he should not try to strike out right now. The trick is to take them calmly and not by striking out. It is necessary to make the changes in CM’s plan not by hurting them.

The readjustment you make now can go on long way towards the end of the term of the government, making the government more interesting. Remember, adjustment is the only key to succeed but it might be difficult during the period.

Basically the situation is very simple. CM should made agreements with his enemies but it is important that he should fulfill them. Otherwise, the government might get an end. If he get succeed in negotiating with them, a new beginning in the politics will be initiated and it will helps him in the future.

Due to the unavailability of the swearing-in time, I could not predict exactly. But there are 70% chances that the government might get end during the period, June 2008 to July 2010. It might not happen this year and might happen the next year.

I am not a politician but an astrologer so I am not one sided and can predict at my best level but astrology is not an easy subject to deal, it requires calculation, observations, analyzing, imagination, conclusion and finally the grace of Ganesha.

Above all astrology is not perfect. No ever discipline is and astrologers are not God, so it might bring wrong from time to time and I had learnt the mistakes that I had made.

And remember, be a little flexible about the months, for example July 2010 could even mean August 2010. Astrology is not always that exact and precise. It has its own limitations but it gives the possibilities of the events that truly happen.

With Ganesha’s Grace,
