I should share with you one fact. Think about it. And you shall give your judgement. To start with, you have to keep aside the Indian Constitution. The people of this land had no hand, no mind in framing and adopting that Constitution. And this Constitution can never be allowed to be sensible to the digniful existence of the people of this land. It is a deceptive democracy of their rule.

And we will never be able to exist as Free people within the Indian Union. Fortunately, I realize our remaining Free in this sham democracy as a pipe dream. On that count, it is illegitimate to the people of this. All other things are forced imposition by fraud. They will always need Indian Army to prolong their illegitimate rule. And all those governments and system of administration that they construct in this land are symbols of puppetries. It is a symbol of shame, corruption and ignorance and our lost Freedom.

For the last many years, a lot of people movements have been a phenemenon in this part of the world or precisely, in the geographical Triangle between India, China and Myanmar. This landscape is inhabitated by different communities displaying a significant cultural and strong anthropological affinity.

In this sense, they constitute a cultural Frontier in the accepted standard of the Term. The Thadous, Marings, Khongsais, Anals, Konyaks, Kabuis, Tangkhuls, Maos, Poumeis, Meiteis, Semas, Aos, Mizos/Lushais, Ahoms, Bodos, Cacharis, Dimasas, Tripuri Tribes, Reangs, Khasis, Garos, Jaintias, Arunachali Tribes, etc of the Sino-Tibeto-Burman confluence inhabitate this cultural Frontier.

Predominantly, these communities are organized themselves in institutions which the standard anthropology would categorize as tribal institutions. The Meiteis is one community among others, whose organizational structures is at a more or less organized level i.e., a feudal structure because of the topographical favourable residency in the backdrop of a monarchical past exercising control in the then kingdom of Manipur. And, this kingdom in its truncated form is made to materialize today as Manipur State within the so-called Union of India.

As change for progress and social equality and unity and integrity for collective strength and vitality is a natural human phenomenon and with the arriving of some aspects of modernism in this part of the world, we have been encountering a numerous forms of mass-based movements. Please do not read this as westernization and if somebody think so, India and the world today is westernized beyond recognition.

Naga movement is one such a movement which I will qualify it as a progressive movement for the reason of its attempt to unify and integrate among others, different exclusivist communities to provide a collective political platform in this cultural Frontier.

Manipur integrity movement and other mass-based movements in the state of Manipur are also call for integration and unity among others to give common political platform in this cultural Frontier.

With all this in mind, my humble submission is that it is time to give an honourable farewell to the game of selective carving in and carving out of territories in this cultural Frontier rather should engage in and concentrate for the final and complete unification and integration and proper and honest, decent power sharing arrangement attaining Freedom of the people in this cultural Frontier which is compelling us strongly day by day, by the natural forces of change.

It should be waged with the maximum aggressive pursuit in this land whether you may call it Nagalim, Manipur, Kukiland or Mizoram or whatsoever. That is our destiny for good, our strongest ethical foundation for welfare of all. Let no one impede this historical evolution. Question of territories should not retard our collective progress because there is no doubt about that we have abundant territories for each one of us.

They think we are a gullible race meaning a bunch of fools. Are we? Whether we let that saying real or obsolete depends on the scale of our alertness, hard-working, unity and altruistic thinking. It is high time to rise up as one to regain our lost Freedom and Collective pride. Show to the world that we are not cowards. Raise your voice for justice. The Future must belong to us. It will be decided by our sacrifice and historical responsibility to our Motherland.
