AMFA appoints coaches for men's, women's football teams

Imphal, January 09 2025: Kamei Joy Rongmei has been appointed as the head coach of the Manipur men's football team, while Moirangthem Deben Singh will lead as the head coach for the women's for the 38th National Games 2025.This announcement was confirmed in an official letter issued by the All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) on Thursday.

The appointed officials for the men's football team include include Thangjam Ibomtombi Singh (manager), Kamei Joy Rongmei (head coach), Hidam Premkumar Singh (assistant coach) and Nandeibam Jina Devi (physiotherapist).

For the women's team, the officials are Oinam Bembem Devi (manager), Moirangthem Deben Singh (head coach), Moirangthem Mandakini Devi (assistant coach), Keisham Narayan Singh (GK coach) and Nazmin Pathan (physiotherapist).

Additionally, AMFA has added Ksh Naocha Devi (MPSC) to the state women's football squad for the upcoming 38th National Games 2025 .
