Imphal, September 11 2015 : Coalition for Indigenes' Rights Campaign, Manipur (CIRCA) has hailed the womenfolk who staged a protest against the visit of RN Ravi yesterday.

In a statement, CIRCA said it will start the awakening campaign towards the realisation of the three resolutions adopted on August 21 at GM hall during a public meeting.

The three points are restoration of home rule, recognition of the present unrest in Manipur as a political conflict situation between Govt of India and Manipur and to ensure democratic pariticipation of all tribes by introducing bicameral system in the Manipur Assembly.
