Imphal, March 08 2018: At least two persons were killed when a scooter and a motorcycle collided head on at Khumbong Laingangkhul along Imphal-Jiribam highway under Patsoi police station at around 8.50 pm yesterday.

While Ahongshangbam Prince (25) s/o A Jilangambi of Khaidem Mayai Leikai was riding a Yamaha FZ motorcycle while Paonam Chaoba (32) s/o Bino of Yurembam Makha Maning Leikai was riding a Bajaj scooter when they collided head on.

Both of them sustained critical injuries and they were taken to Khumbong PHC but they succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
