Imphal, November 02 2015: Last witness from the victim's side today deposed before retired Judge Mutum Binoykumar Inquiry Commission constituted in connection with the death of Sapam Robinhood.

One male student deposed before the commission during the ninth sitting of the inquiry commission today at the conference hall of State Guest House, Sanjenthong.

The student who has given the statement before the Inquiry commission is the last witness from the victim side.

After hearing the statement of the witness today, the inquiry commission has closed the hearing of witnesses.

The inquiry commission will conduct spot inquiry on November 7 where Robinhood received injury during the police action to control the students who were marching towards the State Assembly demanding the Inner Line Permit System implementation in Manipur.

The next sitting of the inquiry commission will be held on November 9.Investigation Officer of the case will give his statement before the inquiry commission the same day as a witness from the police side.

12 other police personnel will also depose before the commission.

Till the ninth sitting of inquiry commission, several students, JCILPS convener, Medical Superintendent of Raj Medicity and Managing Director of Public Hospital have given their statement before the Inquiry commission.

It may be mentioned that the inquiry commission was constituted to conduct a probe regarding the death of Sapam Robinhood on July 8 in police action when students of Ananda Singh Higher Secondary Academy tried to storm the State Assembly demanding Inner Line Permit System in Manipur.

The sitting of the inquiry commission commenced from October 5.The commission was constituted on August 1 .
