Children's day observation at Observation Home Takyelpat

Imphal, November 14 2017:
Judiciary officers of the State, observed Children's Day celebration at Observation Home, Takyelpat, today, for the students of Blind school and the children staying in the Observation Home.
The officials led by Acting Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh also distributed gifts to the children.
The celebration was organised by Manipur State Legal Service Authority (MASLSA) in association with District Legal Service Imphal West, District Legal Service Imphal East, Juvenile Justice Board, Imphal West and Juvenile Justice Board, Imphal East.
Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Manipur, N Kotiswar Singh, MASLSA Member Secretary RK Memcha, District and Session Judge Imphal West Maibam Manojkumar, District and Session Judge Imphal East Gaiphuishillu Golmei and All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) president H Chandrajit.Sharma attended the event as the presidium members.
Speaking On the occasion, N Kotiswar Singh said that the celebration has been observed as a part of the Nation wide celebration of Children's Day and also to fulfil the responsibilities of the parents, guardians and the society in shaping the children to become pillars of the society.
He pointed out that it is the duty of the people to guide the children to the right path.
Later, the Judiciary officers, led by N Kotiswar Singh, distributed blankets to the children as a part of the celebration.
