Indo-Bangla Friendship Tour flagged off

Imphal, September 27 2019:
Indo-Bangla Friendship Tour 2019, organised by IPAK Tours & Travels, was flagged off from Bir Tikendrajit International Airport by chief managing director of Lamjingba Group of Company, Laimujam Pratap Singh and social and cultural activist, Dr S Manaoton Singh, this morning at around 10.30 .
11 member team led by managing director of IPAK Tours & Travels, Rakesh Naorem will be visiting Bangladesh.

Speaking to media persons at the flagging off event, L Pratap Singh exuded confidence that the tour will help in strengthening the relation between the people of the State and Manipuris in Bangladesh.
Rakesh Naorem conveyed that the tour team will attend the inaugural function of Manipur Library and Research Centre at Bangladesh, which will be operated mainly by a young and promising Bangladesh writer, Ayekpam Anju.
The team will offer floral tribute to the statue of Lamyanba Irabot at Bhanubil and interact with the Manipuris at Sylhet and Dhaka during the tour.
The tour will be spreading message of love, he added.
The flagging off ceremony was also attended by Nokphade's director, Thoudam Ruhinikumar and film-maker OC Meira.
