Shija children heart beat (phase III) conducted successfully

The Shija Children Heart Beat (Phase III) of the premier The Shija Hospitals and Research Institute (SHRI) was conducted succesfully with seven device closures, according to a statement from the medical institute.
According to the statement, in Phase I, the SHRI performed 11 device closures on 10 patients, 14 in the Phase II and another 5 in last, which made 32 device closures altogether with sponsorship from the RBSK and parially by the patients.
For the first time, a large PDA device closure was successfully performed yesterday on a baby of three months, from Singjamei Waikhom Leikai, who weighs around 5kg.Initially, the baby was was presented with aproblem of PDA and broncho-pneumonia was asked toadmitted to on December 25 at the NICU of the hospital for further treatment.
After non-operative closure of holes in the heart of the child, who nnay be discharged after two days as the condition is improving.
The statement said while adding that the RBBK � The Shija Children heartbeat Phase (IV) will be held from February 9 to 13, 2018 .
Babies who are born with holes in thei heart may contact the Shija Hospitals and Research Institute on and before February 9 for necesry screening and registration the statement concluded.
