Imphal, October 20:
State judokas began their campaign in the Junior National Judo Championship with two gold medals and a bronze on the opening day at New Delhi today.
Y Nabachandra fetched the first yellow metal when he overpowered his rivals in the 45 kg class followed by 44 kg gold from O Bidyalakhsmi.
Y Sangita Devi added the bronze in the 48 kg class.
Swimming camp: The 21 days non-residential coaching in swimming for under-14 boys conducted by District youth Affairs and Sports Office, Imphal West will start from October 24 at Khuman Lampak Swimming Pool.
Swimmers who had already submitted entry/eligibility documents are informed to report at 6.30 am.
