"Meeyamgi Numit & Hill Leaders Day" held across State

Kak/Kjm/Kpi/Phz, March 24 2023:
District Administration Kakching today organised the "7th Meeyamgi Numit" in respect of Kakching district at the deputy Commissioner's Office Complex, Kakching.
During the programme, 28 line departments opened their stalls to deliver public services and address grievances.
Altogether, 136 grievances/applications were received during the day.
DLOs on the spot organised facilitation centres for beneficiary oriented schemes.
KAMJONG
District Administration Kamjong also organised "District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit" at Thawai (T) village under Phungyar Sub-division.
DC Kamjong, Rangnamei Rang Peter; Superintendent of Police, P Manjit; CEO, David Kashung Nao; Thawai village secretary, Kharaomi; ADM, Ningreingam Leisan and other DLOs of various departments took part in the event.
A total of 32 DLOs opened their mobile stalls to cater the demands and grievances of the public.
CMO, Dr Lucy Duidang; ZEO, L Nabakumar and District Horticulture Officer, Kh Manorama spoke on the occasion.
KANGPOKPI
District Administration Kangpokpi also conducted "District Hill Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit" at Bungte Chiru Community Hall, Bungte Chiru Sub Division in Kangpokpi district.
During the event, DC Kangpokpi, Kengoo Zuringla, inspected the stalls opened by various departments of the district.
She also directed all the DLOs to guide the public and dispose of their grievances at the earliest.
The smooth conduct of the programme was ensured by T Opendro Singh, SDO.
PHERZAWL
District Administration Pherzawl also organised "District Hill Leaders Day & Meeyamgi Numit" at the DC Office Complex in Pherzawl District Headquarter.
SP Pherzawl, A Ghaneshyam Sharma; ADC, Sachi; Additional SP, Lunzamung Tungnung; I Dinesh Kumar Singh, SDO Tipaimukh and other DLOs led by the DC Pherzawl, Haulianlal Guite ensured accountability for effective services delivery.
About 500 services/ben-efits of different Government schemes were delivered to the beneficiaries.
A total of 17 stalls of different departments were opened to meet the demand of the public.
