Jettwings launches placement orientation programme

Ukhrul, November 27 2014:
Principal Secretary (Tribal Affairs & Hills), Manipur, Siddharth Dev Verma today launched an employment orientation training programme of Guwahati based company, Jettwings at DRDA Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat, Ukhrul.
The programme is being held with financial assistance from the Ministry of Tribal affairs and organised by TA& Hills, Govt of Manipur for scheduled tribe youth of the State.
In the meantime, the brochure of Jettwings was released by the chief guest Dev Verma.
The programme offered Integrated Dual Diploma Program in Cabin Crew management, airport operation hospitality and tourism management.
10+2 passed and graduate youth are eligible for job placement training.
Chairman of Jettwings, Sanjay Aditya Singh said this time 110 youths will be recruited from 6 districts of the State.
Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul Hrisheekesh lauded the initiative of Jettwings.
Comdt 41 AR, Gaurav Bose assured to support the youth in providing employment at his level.
ADC, SDO Ukhrul, Jt Secretary (Tribal Affair & Hills) Armstrong and other dignitaries of the district attended the launch programme.
More than 120 youth appeared in the written examination held at DRDA hall.
Final screening of candidates will be held at Imphal on Dec 10 .
