Wushu tips from the US for Manipur Team

Manipur’s young Wushu players got a boost when a tai chi instructor couple from Chicago demonstrated for them at Khuman Lampak sports complex today.
Fifty-five year-old Haukum Knip and husband Peter Knip are on a tour of the Northeast to research on tribal performing arts and landed in Imphal on July 11. The couple worked as tai chi instructors in Chicago. Haukam Knip is the assistant professor of performing arts at Columbia College.
