Will the issues fade away into oblivion ?

Reingamphy Awungshi's lifeless body arrival at Imphal from New Delhi on 06 June 2013 :: Pix - Tangkhul Katamnao Long, Imphal
A second post mortem? A third post mortem? A fourth, A fifth..... ? How many post mortems would have been conducted to find out the exact medical report of the dead body of Late Miss Reingamphi Awungshi had her body not been taken to her native place i.e. Manipur? That also in the capital city of India where many reputed hospitals and medical research centres such as AIIMS, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Apollo Hospital, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Escorts Limited Medical Centre, Holy Angels Hospital, St Stephens' Hospital, Rockland Hospital etc etc thrive like bees in a honeycomb.
The picture of the dead body of the girl spoke volumes for itself that it was an act of murder involving criminal conspiracy. The picture of the body with blood smeared on her face, ankles and marks on other parts of her body is enough evidence that the girl did not die of drug overdose but an imperfect murder. The empty covers of clinical drug which contains dicyclomine hydrochloride is a setup to cover the criminal act.
I am not a person related to the field of medicine but finding out whether it was a case of drug overdose is not that complicated. Signs of frothing from the mouth, blackened lips and blackened fingernails are more than enough evidence to find out that a person died of overdose especially from a drug that contains the above mentioned chemical component.
In this advanced medical world, finding out the reason of a person's death through autopsy is a matter of only a few hours or minutes . But this subject of going for a second post mortem.... how absurd and ridiculous. It is a mockery to the medical ethics and medical world and medical practitioners. It is one way of showing that doctors residing in Delhi are not worth, can be manipulated and cannot be trusted.
If the late Nirbhaya, the brave soul, the victim of a brutal gangrape in a moving bus in the heart of Delhi happened to hail from North Eastern part of India, would she be flown by a helicopter to a reputed Singapore hospital? The answer is dubious. The North Easterners are treated like cattle in a slaughterhouse where they can be beaten, tortured and killed at will.
Now New Delhi is known as the Capital City of Rape by other nations. Does it really require to possess such a bad reputation in a place where the Prime Minister of India, Chairperson of the Congress Party and prodigies of Gandhi dynasty reside? A few years ago, my heart sank as I watched a mobile phone video clipping of a young Manipuri girl studying in Delhi being sexually assaulted by her own female college mates in such a brutal and inhumane way that the screen of my mobile phone was washed with my teardrops.
The young girl pleaded for mercy but she wasn't spared, she was stripped naked, molested, hot balm were inserted in her private parts and her hair was shaved. I really wonder how college students of the capital city of India went down to such a lower level of moral degradation.
Another glaring example may also be made of Late Loitam Richard, a student of Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Where has the 'Justice for Loitam Richard' gone? There was a hue and cry for some time and now the issue has remained dead calm, locked away in the closet of a lawful democracy. Nowadays even a common person can easily make out whether a person is murdered to death or an act of suicide.
To forensic experts it is only a matter of ten minutes or half an hour at the most. The ironic thing about Richard's issue was the conclusion of autopsy by doctors of Bangalore that he committed suicide as there were traces of Paracetamol in his blood. What about the marks and blood of Richard's broken face?. A mild analgesic such as Paracetamol as the answer. So funny....what a silly conclusion.
It depicted crystal clearly that evidences were tampered. Maybe he had taken it to lessen the pain or headache after the brutal attack by his hostelmates. The big question is "Will justice be meted out and culprits brought to book if he happened to be a student from Karnataka State ?". Another shocking thing is that non of the doctors or people of the medical world of Manipur did not voice nor raised a single opinion regarding the declaration of the tampered result of the autopsy. Maybe they were too busy sucking out money from their patients, running from one private clinic to another making themselves into money vending machines.
Such are the harsh realities the Northeast students face in other parts of mainland India and most particularly in Delhi, the capital of India. Its not that the men born and brought up in Delhi are sexual maniacs ready to pull down their pants whenever they see a female of the human species. Its the arrogant and contorted mindsets of Delhites which is the real factor for crime against women.
The Delhites have this battered mentality and ego that they are the superior race for they were born and brought up in the capital city of India. That is the numero uno problem, a big social issue, a contorted mindset that needs to be corrected, sanitised and thoroughly cleansed. They nomenclatured the North Easterners as "Junglees". But it is from amongst the junglees who have the audacity to bring a bronze medal in the London Olympics 2012 in women's category. Were any Delhites able to achieve such feat?
As long as the tainted mindsets of Delhites are not flushed out, there is no assurance that such unwanted incidents will not crop up like a routine affair. Now its time to ring the bell of awareness by the concerned central government to do away with the assymetrical mindsets of Delhites. Presently, the North Easterners particularly students residing in Delhi are always accompanied by a sense of insecurity with the most fearsome question constantly arising in their mind, "Who's Next?".
