The 'holier-than-thou' attitude of NSCM(IM) & Govt of Manipur(GOM)

The scuffle of 'holier than thou' attitude between the NSCN IM and the Govt of Manipur seems to go the awry way.
It reminds me of a movie I had the opportunity to witness some years back. The film is entitled "The boy in the Pyjama". It's all about the friendship of a Nazi officer's son and a Jewish boy prisoner. Both the kid often sneak out from their dicey world and spend the whole time playing and chatting.
The tragedy begins when the Nazi officer made an official declaration of the time of mass genocidal day of all the prisoners in the camp. That fateful day his own son had sneaked into the concentration camp by wearing a jail wardrobe called a pyjama.
Meanwhile at the Nazi officers quarter there is a manhunt search for the boy. After a hectic search the boy's mother saw the boy's cloth near the periphery of the fencing of the camp and at once she knew that her boy had sneaked into the camp. Knowing the gravity of the situation she hurriedly ran back to her husband, the Nazi officer.
But as luck would have it the order was already given. All the prisoners including the Nazi boy were locked up at a hall to die a slow death by inhaling poisonous gas. When the officer came to know that he had killed his own son he was filled with remorse anger and regrets.
This is the situation we are confronted today.
The NSCN IM with no sign of budging an inch backward adamantly continues to impose blockade on the lifelines of Manipur.
Their main target being the valley people. Like the Nazis they are crucifying their near and dear ones living in and around Imphal and other hill districts of the state.
Their children are not going to school. Their ailing brothers and sisters are dying for want of medicine and food. When a Naga died in a hospital due to shortage of medicine is he to be conferred a martyr?
The state Govt and some NGOs instead of clinging to "GO BACK MUIVAH" therapy would be highly appreciable if they can concentrate on the home visiting permit of a rebel leader and see what modification can be made to suit both the parties. Like airlifting him upto his birth place. Z securities to be replaced by the state forces or giving him a time frame to meet his ageing parents.
The present scenario gives us an easy inset of what will happen to us or India if Nagalim is created. We will be totally cut off from the mainland India. The only way to remain India is cybers and aircraft.
Each household should be given a personal plane or chopper and also free flying course. The situation also reflects of a time of complete independence of Manipur as envisaged by the valley insurgent groups. Imagine the borders sealed. Supplies of food medicines petroleum products ceases to come from India. ... of endless and countless tragedies better to stop.
Non-Naga and non-Meitei communities are all victimised with this blockade. Come out with a solution before the situation gets out of hand. Bloodshed and civil wars will only make people say "had he and I but met at an old inn we would have sat over a cup of coffee but since I met him at the battlefield I have to shoot him."
