TENDER FOR PRODUCTION OF AUDIO VIDEO MULTIMEDIA FILM

Sealed tenders in plain papers is invited from reputed Production Agency/ House/Company having state of the art equipments for production of Audio Video Multimedia Film of 30-40 minutes' duration on “Success story of specific banana cultivar propagation initiated by IBSD, Imphal in various fields of Manipur”.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

o Production of films on turn-key basis from shooting, editing and final output to be done on High Definition camera format of telecast quality HD digital (in DVD / MPEG2 / MOV for Edited Film distribution) and MPEG2 / MOV/ AVCHD for Raw & Edited Archiving via Hard Disk Data Transfer)
o Language must be in English, Hindi and Manipuri
o Elaborate narrative on the topic mentioned above
o Supply of finished films on High Definition DVD & Bluray format (master copy).

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

o Having similar experience in producing/ shooting good quality feature / scientific documentaries which were/ are telecast on national channels.
o Must have dedicated production team having past experience in production of feature, scientific documentary, etc
o Must have equipment with latest technology
o The tenderers should submit the offers in two-bids, (i) Technical and (ii) Financial bid.

Technical bid
o List of equipments to be used
o Name of narrators to be used and their bio-data
o Details of production team their bio-data with experience conforming to the eligibility criteria
o Proof of production of feature film/ documentary/ tele-serials along with proof of telecasting
o Valid Service tax registration and firm registration certificate
o Latest sound/ acoustic technology to be used which would be compatible with closedroom theatre/ hall set-up.
o A brief description of the firm/ organization and an outline of experience on assignments/projects of similar nature executed during the last three years.
o Description of the methodology in which the organization would plan to execute the work, along with the creative pitch (story-board)
o Time schedule
o Sample of work done earlier in this field

The financial bid will contain:
o All-in cost for the entire package
o Also, component-wise break-up of the costs

o The tender should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable development, Takyelpat, Imphal-795 001 and should be submitted within 5.00 p.m. of March 21, 2014
o The firms will be short- listed on the basis of the technical bid. The financial bids of only those firms who are short-listed as such will be opened for consideration.
o The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
