Students needed for cultural revolution ?

Rally is one of the professional and daily routine of students in the valley of Manipur. Just like that controlling and firing of tear gas to the students is the main duty of Manipur Police and become the paralysed tiger of the Hills.

Anyway, let's hope for them to stay away from the firing of tear gas and come back to their real duties in coming future. Except the private institution aren't participate in the battle of rally. The secretaries who were elected by the students for the students were the Captain & Commander of the Rally. Surprised, they have the power to organize a rally, strike and any kind of protest against the government but they're not willing to check out the internal college necessity or property.

The elected secretaries should firstly check in the irregular of teachers and the way of teaching to the students. I have been studying here in the valley for five years and witnessed to various rally also joined in different ways of rally with my colleagues.

Amazingly, I never witness the protest and rally against the irregular of teachers and nonfunctional way of teaching to the students. Greatly, I found out the difference between Secondary School and College/University rally.

Secondary students were more powerful & patriots in rallies than college and University students. It is very hard task to control the secondary students and it's an easy task to overpowered the college and university students by the state forces. Of course there's a good reason for that.

Anyway, let me come to the tribal students of the valley. The tribal students union in government institution are useless for Small community like us. Big communities cover up all the opportunities of the union. The union is not function by the collective leaders and communities but rule by the bigger tribe for years and now.

For the information i would like to express out what I'd experienced the nature of the union. When my tribe asked for cultural show during Fresher's Meet, we were refused and told that "your tribe is still small, less in population and we don't recognize. So your tribe should be under someone community."

Oh no I'm so sorry for them but I didn't feel any bad thought for them because they wanted to become powerful community and don't know what we are and who we are. Surprised, an apex body of the tribals was turned to deaf in this matter. So, we felt that this is the worse discrimination., hope to see the time that they also work for us and treat equally in the coming years.

Yes right, the Apex body's may not know in what way we are treated. Definitely, through this article i send my plea to inquire the matter and fix it. Good Culture should be preserve and practice as long as we human live in this universe but it will not be good to preserve and practice the above culture and I don't want this culture to dance longer between us.

The system of election should change it if we think to provide a good environment to our students. There should be an examination and test for any candidate to become the secretary. Secretary should be smart, honest, punctual in books and others but the secretary which came through the voters are not valid for the welfare of the student.

Candidate should join the class regularly and smartly but our candidates are not that. They missed out all the classes for the sake of election. How can we choose such a man for the welfare of the student? Various club and groups were formed in Connection with the election. The main objective of the group is to demand money from their candidates in exchange with voters.

Time has come for us to choose the right leaders or else we'll go back to old age. Time has come for the public to be aware of all this evil spirit.
