BJP president Nitin Gadkari accused the Congress government of playing politics even in the current humanitarian crisis of mass exodus of Northeast students and professionals from south Indian cities.
Gadkari also accused the Centre of playing politics by arranging special trains from Bangalore to Guwahati to accelerate the mass exodus at a time when the Karnataka government was trying to reassure the Northeasterners to stay put in the state. “What was the reason behind the railway ministry to take such an action when there was not a single case of mass violent?” he questioned.
