Solution to Naga issue rests with highest level Pandey

Government of India’s Interlocutor for the Naga political talks and former union secretary and chief secretary Nagaland, R.S Pandey (retd) IAS disclosed that the status of the negotiations between the government of India and the NSCN (I-M) has reached the highest stage. “It is now up to the government of India to take it up with stake holders (the other neighbouring states) he said.
Talking to Nagaland Post over phone Sunday, Pandey also said he will contest the 2014 Lok Sabha election on BJP ticket from his home state Bihar and would win.
