Singing resistance, performing dissent from the Manipur hills

What do an alt-rock band from Manipur, a former child soldier from South Sudan, and a poet from Mexico City have in common? They all write songs of protest and revolution that have been featured on "33RPM — Voices of the Revolution".
"It's a song about children in conflict areas and what they go through," says the band's vocalist and songwriter Akhu Chingangbam. "They could be from Kashmir or Chattisgarh or the Gaza Strip, it's the same story."
