Shooting Star
Potshangbam Nyaydhar *
A pitch dark night of June
I stare,
A shooting star passes by,
I wish,
To take her my wish
I'm lonely
Oh! Shooting star tell her that,
My heart cries like
a drum,
Missing her who always made me
strum,
Nothing can compare to her
beauty
Which always makes me go into
craziness.
Seeing her beauty even the diamond
may feel shy
Her smile which i always adore,
All I wish is to make her mine.
