Reasons and Purposes for School of productivity

School of productivity hoping towards a new world of wider scope and horizon in thinking and practices to attain an international vision and understanding to wipe out the boundaries between the global villages in order to achieve the international vision of sustainable development.

1. The education of the present age is highly depends on costly computerized digital materials. Therefore today's education system cannot be benefited equally by both the haves and have not's. Thus the gaps between the two classes are widened and deepened in the present ages. This will put more on stress on to work harder towards creating a new citizen to share mankind.

2. There is a great qualitative and quantitative advancement in the knowledge of all sciences and information technology and digital knowledge source theories and material human advancement and progress however, it can not be benefit equally to the people and rural cluster. The real essences of valuable life like co-operation, recreation in the morality, human relationship and prosperity are widen and deepened.

3. Our society, now a day, directly and indirectly encouraging the individuals to concentrate on right only and not mentioning the duties which are very strongly needed in India. The idea of putting rights before duties is to create conflicts between the families and people of developing nations and other nations and though it is the manipulate infiltration, with it their humanitarian aspect is pretending used with a double standard approaches of using human rights as pretext to involve or to put pressure at the targeted nation mostly in our developing countries. Thus, they use human rights not only in a double standard way but also to implement their political objectives and widen agenda towards the targeted countries.

4. Most of the minorities of different ethnic races, religious inhabit in agriculturally, minerally, and geographically rich places but they do not get the rightful benefit in terms of economy and justice. Simultaneously, the challenges of the three deadly weapons of poverty, health and ignorance which causes political instability of the country as well as putting constraint on the political, social, economic justice, democratic development and progress. The policy based on stick and carrot policy and not on diplomacy for human relationship and of double standard nature cripples the rural villages, small communities and our hopes and aspiration. The problems of the three challenges of poverty, health and ignorance intensified as well as deeply widen the gap between haves and have nots in material life and welfare from one region to another.

5. The vast material life of today is the result of today's civilization by putting the environment in conflict with the human beings and class struggle among human beings and finally, it is created a real danger of social unrest and confrontation. It causes fear; psychological illness and social unjust to the people.

6. Our Literacy rate merely calculated read and writes only. It is not proper to decide a society is mature by mere attainment of 100% literacy rate in this specialization and competitive world. Campaign and attainment of financial literacy, social literacy and ICT literacy has become a better option to become a mature society and a perfect citizen.

7. For a complex, plural and large country like India, Bottom up approach is the key rather than Top down Approach of planning. For which a cluster base approach defined on geographically, economically &socially linked proximate group of enterprises in a particular field, with commonalities & complementary, common opportunities and threats created to enhance productivity & thereby quality of life of the people would be preferable replacing our old Sectoral Approaches of planning.

8. Cluster Base Approach has an advantage and wide scope for improvements in the areas of common concerns to improve productivity and increase competition. This is a forum for more constructive and efficient business government dialogue and search for synergies and new combinations of productivity and rural resource management.

9. Distribution system of various development programmes / schemes of centre, state and development agency are seemed advertisement and promotional campaign only to attain of their respective political agenda. The real value of humanitarian approach could not benefit equally from one region to another especially in rural India. For example one village may get medical facility sans drinking water and another village may get education without food. So our rural can not attain all round development despite of various schemes and development programmes.

"If you invite a begger for a meal he will be very happy and he will bless you. Again if you support and feed him for one or two years, he will be loyal and a good servant to you; if you taught him Fishing (earn a livelihood), he will ever happy and independent."

Target in a Year:

Three villages; 1000 villagers programme; 380 trained beneficiaries; 300 children schooling: Providing with drinking water, dispensary, Information & communication Technology, Technical skills, Bank linkages, market support etc. Zero risk to the trained beneficiaries. Health card, citizen card will be provided to the villagers. Project villages will be fitted in a single window system so that problem and prospect of the villagers may be checked, discussed and solved in any time.

State Programmes:

1. Lead Manipur youths leadership programme
2. Inter constituency sport and cultural festival.
3. Sponsorship on targeted Civil Service Examination and other central services exams.
4. Mass campaign on Financial Literacy, Social literacy and ICT.
