Renewed demand for ILP implementation

Federation of Regional Indigenous Society (FREINDS) has once again demanded immediate implementation of the Inner Line Permit (ILP) in Manipur, observing an increase in the crime committed by the migrant workers in the state.
At the news conference, FRIENDS paraded a non-local who was detained by its volunteers for allegedly indulge in sending SMS with obscene languages to a married local woman.
