Pharmacists stage anti-militant protest in Manipur

All pharmacies nearby Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) hospital Sunday observed a shutdown in protest against bomb threat, allegedly by a militant group in connection with monetary demands.
“The group is demanding Rs one lakh each from the whole drug dealers and Rs 20,000 each from the retail pharmacies,” a proprietor of a pharmacy alleged.
