The region's very first cake and gift delivery portal, OrderMyTreat.com is ushering in the Christmas cheer with their new consumer connect initiative, "Guess the Weight" contest. The founders of the Guwahati-based web portal displayed an oddly weighted cake in the OrderMyTreat vehicle parked near Nehru Park in the city on Sunday. Visitors were challenged to guess the exact weight of the cake and the winner got to carry the cake home free of cost. As many as 18 people participated in the activity, thus making the effort a grand success.

Bandana, a BA first year student of Cotton College, who won the "Guess the Weight" contest carried home the customized 2.1 kg Christmas Tree cake, was very excited and shared the free cake with all her friends. Speaking on her experience of winning the contest, Bandana said, "We had a great party with the cake received after winning the contest. It was so tasty; I and my hostel friends savored the cake a lot. Heartiest thanks to OrderMyTreat for making my day!"

Speaking on the activity, Shyeda Tasneem Zarin, Co-Founder & Operations Head of OrderMyTreat said, "We are not just another gift portal, we believe in doing things differently. They plan to organize a caption contest on their Facebook page, where a Santa Claus cake will be given away to the winner. The participants will have to post the response to one simple question -"Why do you want to win the Santa Cake?" on OrderMyTreat's FB page and invite their friends to Like your caption.
