Murshad Ali takes charge as the President of DAMMS and the new Executive Body have taken oath.
Following the procedure of the selection process of the Executive, selected executive members of 2018-19 have taken oath at CC Park Sarai Julena , New Delhi on 19 October 2018.
The event has been graced by advisors, former executives and many well wishers. Costituting the new executive , Murshad Ali of Jamia Millia Islamia has taken the charge as the President.
Followng Executive members have taken charge of the following post:
1. Khulakpam Sharif as Vice-President
2. Hafiz Ismatullah as General Secretary
3. Md Amir Khan as Joint Secretary
4. Md Jahir Hussain as Finance Secretary
5. B.S Saista Sheikh as Academic And Magazine Secretary.
6. Md Ashif Shah as Games And Sports Secretary
7. Md Kifayatullah as Cultural Secretary
An orientation class of the new office bearers has also been conducted for the Smooth functioning of DAMMS. Sheikh Ajimmudin , outgoing VP has highlighted the previous year activities and achievements.
Murshad Ali has shared his part of vision and objectives of DAMMS for the ongoing years. He expressed that the interest of the Pangal community and Manipur in general would be the priority for the academic activities of DAMMS along with the welfare of Pangal students in Delhi. He has been seeking the support and cooperation for all the members, CSO’s of Manipur and Students community of Manipur in Delhi.
The event was concluded with the formal transfer of constitutions and materials by outgoing President Ch Kheiruddin to Murshad Ali.
