NSUC give notice on human trafficking
Morung Express | Dimapur, April 17 (MExN):
n recent past, the Naga Students’ Union Chennai (NSUC) has had harrowing experiences of dealing with human trafficking where the agents have promised good jobs and has brought many innocent Naga youths to the city both male and female.
Therefore, in a joint press release issued by NSUC president and general secretary stated that the Union will not tolerate anyone acting as such agents and also informs the families and relatives to be vigilant of such agents in future and not to send their wards without proper verification and consultation from the union.
The Union further requests the tribal unions, hohos, churches and community organizations to escalate the information in their respective areas and localities.
