NRL may export fuel to Myanmar

Taking advantage of the ‘Look East Policy’, the Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) is now exploring opportunities to export its products to Myanmar and is understood to have initiated a process to ink a deal with the neighbouring country.
Asked whether the deal would be possible given the current law-and-order situation along the international border, especially in the Moreh area, Padmanabhan replied in the affirmative, saying the Indian Petroleum Ministry is optimistic about the deal.
