NIA cracks money route - Manipur militants use wives' accounts

An NIA probe has revealed that militant leaders of Manipur are using the bank accounts of their spouses for transacting extortion money.
An NIA source told The Telegraph that during investigation of cases related to militant groups of Manipur, they found that a section of insurgent leaders were using bank accounts of their wives to channelise extorted money and other proceeds of terrorism.
