Manipur police probing 'threat' to SC advocate

Manipur police has started investigations into the allegation by a Supreme Court advocate that he has been “threatened” to stay away from assisting a family of the 2011 road rage case.
Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Dr J Suresh Babu stated this at a press conference here on Thursday. N Ajay, accused in the road rage murder case of teenage boy Irom Roger on March 20, 2011, was convicted on January 6 last by a trial court here and jailed.
