Manipur man keen to contest presidential poll

With the country’s presidential election scheduled to be held on July 17, a young NGO leader from Manipur has expressed his desire to fight the election to the country’s top post if he gets signatures of 100 MPs/MLAs.
“MPs/MLAs are requested to support me for nomination to the presidential election,” said Dr Ibochouba Singh Konthoujam, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director & CEO of D-Cacus Education Centre Manipur in a message circulated in the social media.
